Return it to the retailer where it was purchased together with your sales receipt.

After 30 days of purchase:

Warranty claim must be submitted. Please see below options.

  • Return the product with sales receipt and a copy of your warranty certification to the place of purchase or nearest JCB Tools retailer.
  • Log a service or repair assistance through jcbtoolsoman.com/enquiry.html.
  • Contact us directly on +968 7146 1100 to arrange warranty claim or repair.

Online registration within 30 days of purchase is mandatory to activate your standard 3 Year Warranty.
Registration is only available online via www.jcbtoolsoman.com. You will need:


  • Original sales receipt
  • Product model number
  • Product serial number

After registering, you will receive a warranty certificate. Please keep a copy of the certificate with your proof of purchase for warranty claims.
